MANILA – Senator Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go has on Wednesday (19 February 2020) tagged former senator Antonio Trillanes as the real “Bikoy.”
Alam ng tao ‘yun,” Go told reporters in an interview in Bocaue, Bulacan, where he distributed financial and relief assistance to more than 700 individuals who lost their homes in a fire.
Go was visibly referring to the hooded man who introduced himself as “ Bikoy” who appeared in a series of videos that went viral on social media.
On his social media posts, “Bikoy” linked President Rodrigo Duterte and his family to drug syndicates.
Later, an ex-convict named Peter Joemel Advincula surfaced and later revealed himself as Bikoy to national, mainstream media.
Go said.
There is nobody else,” added Go. “The real Bikoy, who is actually Sonny Boy, is a black propagandist. He is the one creating black propaganda).”
Shortly upon his arrival from a trip abroad where claimed to have been offered political asylum, Trillanes immediately posted bail on Tuesday (18 February 2020) for charges of conspiracy to commit sedition.
He then accused Go and the President of bullying.
Go said Trillanes has the right to post bail.
“Karapatan niyang mag-bail. Panagutan niya ‘yan. Kalokohan niya ‘yan (He has the right to post bail. He has to answer for his foolishness),” Go said.
Senator Go also expressed the same sentiments in another interview at the Senate.
And to disprove allegations of Trillanes that he has a tattoo indicating membership in a drug syndicate, Go bared his back twice in press briefings.
Sen. Bong Go also said he would face any charges that might be filed against him when the term of Duterte ends.
Baka makagat kami ng asong ulol (I am not like you. When the President steps down, I will not hide. But the President and I will get anti-rabies shots. We might be bitten by a mad dog),” he said, addressing Trillanes. (iam/sovereignph.com)
