Undersecretary Jacinto V. Paras, Presidential Assistant for Legislative Affairs of the Office of the President and Undersecretary Felix William Fuentebella of the Department of Energy were the Guest of Honor and Speakers of the Philippine Eagle Fraternity’s event on Saturday (22 February 2020) at the Aberdeen Court Ballroom in Quezon City.
Philippine Eagle is nationwide membership fraternity existing for many years now.
Also known as “The Fraternal Order of Eagles,” the Philippine Eagle Fraternity held its Chartering of the National Capitol Region-V and the Installation of Regional Governor and Officers for the said region.
The same event was attended by many members of the Fraternity headed by its President, Conrado Cedeno.
After delivering their respective speeches, Undersecretaries Paras and Fuentebella were invited to join the fraternity and their induction as new members of the fraternity followed.
Two weeks earlier, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte attended a meeting of the Philippine Eagle Fraternity held at the SMX Convention in Davao City.
President Duterte is a long-time member of the fraternity and the Davao meeting was sponsored by the President who delivered a speech on that occasion.
