MANILA – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will continue offering its company registration and monitoring services online to protect and promote public health amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.

Aside from applications for company registration, SEC now accepts requests for monitoring of corporations, status of corporations and certificates of no derogatory information through email.
