MANILA – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will prevail over the archipelago due to intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.
In its 5 a.m. forecast, PAGASA said ITCZ will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Zamboanga Peninsula and Palawan.
It also warned the public against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds will blow all over the country while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The minimum temperature for the day is 25.3 Celsius while the maximum temperature is 35.2 Celsius, PAGASA said. (PNA)
