Police investigators are still puzzled over a Philippine Airlines flight attendant who was found dead in a bathtub in a hotel in Makati City on New Year’s Day.

However, the police suspect foul play as the female attendant had injuries to her body. The family of the victim also believes she was murdered.

Based on the investigation of the Makati City police, the victim was discovered laying down in the bathtub at room 2209 of the City Garden Grand Hotel by her friend, Rommel Galida, at 12:30 pm on January 1, 2020.

Galida claims he repeatedly tried to wake up the victim, but was alarmed when he did not get any response. He then contacted two of their friends, Gregorio Angelo de Guzman and John Dela Cerna, who immediately alerted the hotel’s management.

The victim was rushed to the hospital and could no longer be revived. Hotel personnel also tried to revive her but failed.A daily tabloid reported that based on the CCTV footages of the hotel, the victim was last seen with two men at 6:00 am of January 1 who came from room 2207.
