Former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. led anew the latest poll conducted by DZRH for presidential candidates in 2022.

The second wave the pre-election survey dubbed DZRH Desisyon 2022, conducted nationwide on December 11 to 12 showed Marcos getting a 49.2-percent preference choice of the over 7,600 respondents nationwide.

When it came to regions, Marcos got commanding leads in the Cordillera Autonomous Region (CAR), 75.3 percent; Ilocos Region, 74.7 percent; Davao Region, 68.3 percent; and Cagayan Valley 64.3 percent.

Marcos also got more than 50-percent voters’ preference in four other regions also or in including Calabarzon, 50.8 percent; Eastern Visayas, 56.1 percent; Northern Mindanao, 57.0 percent; and SOCCSKSARGEN (Region 12), 54.4 percent.

Marcos was trailed by Vice President Maria Leonor “Leni” Robredo who got 16.2 percent, while Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso placed third with 10.4-percent voters’ preference.

Robredo, who hails from the Bicol Region, was the top pick in her region, getting 57.6 percent while Marcos got 23.8 percent.

Senator Emmanuel “Manny” Pacquiao was at fourth with 8.2-percent preference rating while Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson got 5.8 percent

Meanwhile, 4.5 percent said they were undecided as to their choice of president.
