It is clear by now that the war in Ukraine is necessary, as Vladimir Putin has said, for existential reasons – the preservation of the Russians and for world peace.

The United States and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization have conspired with the neo-Nazis in Ukraine not just for a regime change to an anti-Russian leadership but to complete what these fascists failed to accomplish in World War II – the extermination of the non-Aryan race.

Meanwhile, the people of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk have a right to self-determination. Ukrainian forces have already killed about 13,000 men, women and children in the Donbas Region since 2014 in gross violation of the Minsk 1 and 2 ceasefire agreements.

In exacerbation, Ukraine’s former intentions to join NATO pose a dagger into Russian territory from northwest to southeast.

Far from what the United States wants us to believe that Russia has invaded Ukraine in an all-out war and that its sanctions are working, I believe in Putin’s limited intentions to only de-nazify Ukraine and prevent its joining NATO.

I know that the US sanctions have all boomeranged to the point that the Americans never stopped buying Russian oil and their economic sanctions have in fact led to the demise of the petro-dollar and the rise of the rubble in the purchase of Russia oil and natural gas.

Further, the crisis in Ukraine has influenced the descent of the United States from the world’s only superpower, to bringing forth a multipolar world with Russia as leader of Europe, and China and India as leaders in Asia.

But what is dangerously alarming is the lack of American transparency in its biolabs in Ukraine and all over the world.

Agent Orange

The horrors of bioweapons they used in the Vietnam war is still fresh in our minds.

Defoliant spray run, part of Operation Ranch Hand, during the Vietnam War by UC-123B Provider aircraft.

Agent Orange was a herbicide mixture that contained a dangerous chemical contaminant called dioxin. The dioxin contaminant however continues to have harmful impact up to today as many veterans of that war know, dioxin is a highly toxic and persistent organic pollutant linked to cancers, diabetes, birth defects and other disabilities.

The Red Cross estimates that three million Vietnamese have been affected by dioxin, including at least 150,000 children born with serious birth defects.

Agent Orange was sprayed at up to 20 times the concentration the manufacturers recommended for killing plants. It defoliated millions of acres of forests and farmland. Large tracts of that land remain degraded and unproductive to this day.

The chemical dioxin in Agent Orange can remain toxic in the soil for decades. Soil samples have now been analyzed from both the areas that were heavily sprayed and the former American military bases where Agent Orange and other chemicals were stored and handled.

Dioxin levels measured today have been below Government of Vietnam threshold standards. However, some soils at three of the former military bases did have very high concentrations of dioxin. To prevent dioxin from entering the food chain and affecting both adults and children in surrounding areas, these chemical “hot spots” are now being cleaned up.

After its use in the 1960s, Agent Orange was banned by the U.S. in 1971 and remaining stocks were taken from Vietnam and the U.S. to Johnston Atoll, a U.S. controlled island about 700 miles SE of Hawaii, where it was destroyed in 1978.

According to the US, there is no ‘Agent Orange’ in Vietnam or anywhere else today.

Biolabs in Ukraine

The presence of U.S. bio-labs in Ukraine has been confirmed by no less than Victoria Nuland, former US ambassador to NATO and now State undersecretary for political affairs, after many denials, to contain illegal and dangerous pathogens, but which the US refuses to explain in detail.

Hoping to debunk before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee senior member Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), growing claims that there are chemical weapons labs in Ukraine, Nuland strongly suggested, under oath, that there at least in most part, truth to the allegations by Russia and China.

Her admission went as far as admitting that Ukraine has “biological research facilities”.

Nuland’s answer visibly stunned her host. Rubio, interrupted her as soon as he realized the damage she was doing to the American cover-up, by telling the truth. In an awkward “body-english”, the senator forced a segue for Nuland to follow his insinuation that she instead affirm that if a biological attack were to occur, everyone should be “100% sure” that it was Russia who did it.

Grateful for the life saver, Nuland took the senator’s cue and seconded he was right.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry has earlier asserted “The U.S. has 336 labs in 30 countries under its control, including about 26 in Ukraine alone.” For its part, its Russian counterpart claimed “Russia obtained documents proving that Ukrainian biological laboratories located near Russian borders worked on development of components of biological weapons.”

US biolabs in Ukraine is very much relevant, moreso, because the US president is further confronted with mounting calls to investigate his son Hunter Biden, whose laptop had been found to contain emails showing him receiving compensation from the Ukrainians, sitting in the Board of widely considered corrupt Ukraine oil enterprise Burisma Holdings Ltd., and having arranged millions for the US biolabs.

What is more unsettling however is on March 24, 2002, RIA Novosti, a Russian state-owned news agency, published a story headlined “Biden’s son funded American bio-labs in Ukraine”.

“Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca investment fund financed the Pentagon’s military biological program in Ukraine,” said Igor Kirillov, head of Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Force.”

Kirillov also alleged that the labs were part of the American plot to study the natural immunity of the population to identify the most dangerous pathogen for people in the region. He presented documents at a press briefing in Moscow that were seized during Russia’s special operation in Ukraine.

According to the documents, the US had been carrying out experiments in Ukraine with viruses within the framework of projects P-382, P-444 and P-568. One of the supervisors of this research was Joanna Wintrall, head of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) office at the US embassy in Kyiv.

During the experiments, six families of viruses were chosen, including coronaviruses and three kinds of pathogenic bacteria — pathogens of plague, brucellosis and leptospirosis, said Kirillov, citing the documents.

These pathogens were chosen because they have natural foci both on the territory of Ukraine and in Russia, and their use can be disguised as natural outbreaks of diseases, he said.

In addition, these pathogens and viruses are drug resistant and have a rapid rate of spreading from animals to humans, he noted.

Kirillov recalled that in 2018, residents of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in Ukraine faced an outbreak of tuberculosis caused by a new resistant strain. More than 70 people became infected simultaneously in the settlement of Peski, with almost all of the cases leading to a rapid fatal outcome.

He then recalled an outbreak of dirofilariasis — a disease transmitted by mosquitoes — in Ukraine’s city of Kherson in February 2018, at a time of year that is abnormal for the appearance of these insects, followed by a visit of representatives of the Pentagon to the city in April 2019, where they became acquainted with the results of the epidemiological investigation and copied medical documentation. “This may indicate a deliberate infection, or an accidental leakage of the pathogen from one of the Ukrainian biological laboratories,” Kirillov said.

The Russian Defense Ministry earlier claimed on March 10, it had obtained documents indicating that US-sponsored biological laboratories in Ukraine conducted experiments with bat coronavirus samples.

The records recovered by Russia confirmed that these biolabs investigated pathogen transmission by wild birds traveling between Ukraine and Russia, as well as other bordering nations.

Since 2005, when the government of Ukraine partnered with the Biological Threat Reduction Agency (BTRA) of the United States Department of Defense’s Cooperative Threat Reduction Program (CTRP), the Americans have invested approximately $200 million in Ukraine, supporting 46 Ukrainian laboratories, health facilities and diagnostic sites.

Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, former papal nuncio to the United Sates, recently exposed in a manifesto that “it is worth mentioning the virological laboratories located in Ukraine which are under the control of the Pentagon and where it seems that only US specialists with diplomatic immunity are employed directly under the US Department of Defense.

Curiously, as Valdimir Putin has earlier objective to, Russian intelligence have uncovered that genomic experiments are being done in some of these biolabs involving Russian DNA, suggesting that this could be directed at the development of bioweapons intended for Russia genocide.

Why else would Ukraine that has been infested with neo-Nazis be interested with Russian DNA?

In closing, I would like to quote Special Forces Colonel Doug MacGregor, former senior adviser to the US Secretary of Defense, Christopher Miller:

“Over the past two decades, the US has been blocking the establishment of a verification regime to the biological weapons convention and refuse to accept inspection of the biological facilities within and outside its borders. The move has further aggravated the concern of the international community.”

I join McGregor, for the sake of world peace and transparency, to once again appeal to the US to provide a full clarification of its bio-militarization activities within and outside its borders and accept multilateral verification.
